Many Names For A Friend I have a word I call you, And friend is first and dear. When ever I know I'll see you, My friend you bring me cheer. I sometimes call you my companion, And this I feel's just right. Companion feels so life long, It makes me feel delight. Other times you may hear my pal, Or maybe even chum. They both refer to a wonderful friend, A friend right there under my thumb. But my favourite is you are my soul mate. A friend with such a bond. A friend I hope will always be with me, One I am so very fond. |
