Being Myself

Life can be tough,

And sometimes left ignorant.

We may often feel,

The need to be different.

The best part of life,

Which makes it all better.

Is the fact you are here,

Even wearing that sweater!

You never judge,

Or make me feel bad.

You always encourage,

And make me feel glad.

The best thing about you,

Is how I can be myself.

Never feeling the need,

To be another ones self.

Millions Of Friends

There are millions of people,

In the world.

Which means millions of possible,

Friends to explore.

Each with millions of stories,

Under their belt.

Stories they can share,

That will make me melt.

They all have families,

And friends of their own.

Which means even more friends,

There is to be known.

But millions aren't necessary,

Millions I don't need.

Just one would be sufficient,

And with you I feel greed!
